We develop and operate several properties throughout Colombo and its outlying suburbs used for a variety of business and industries.

Located in the Rapnapura District, we own and operate 75-acres of agriculture land primarily used for the cultivation of tea.

and Land Development.

With the addition of 75 acres of land located in the Rapnapura District, Alliance Agencies diversified into the agriculture industry in 2018. We love our beautiful island of Sri Lanka and all of the natural beauty that this country has to offer. We believe it is our duty to protect the land and help foster it for future generations. Our agriculture and land cultivation projects follow these guiding principles of being good for our environment, our people and our future.
